Cardio is short for cardiovascular excercise and it has to do with the heart. The cardiovascular health is similar to the health of both the heart and the blood vessels. An example would be a walk for 30 minutes a day because even that you can decrease the chance of a heart disease. It is very important to work out your heart because it can lower the chance of a heart disease and it will keep your heart healthy and strong. The heart is the most important organ to keep healthy and strong because it will come out horribly in the end if there is no exercise included. Eating healthy will not help with the heart because you need exercise to prevent diseases.

There are specific activities that need to be used to keep the heart from diseases. One activity is aerobic exercise, which in this case it is running, jogging, and biking which increases your heart rate. After that the heart will just rest and start pumping regular heart rate. Another activity is weights, which harden your arteries and will reduce type 2 diabetes. Another example is interval training, which cardio bursts work harder to pump more blood. With these three activities and many more can help strengthen the cardiovascular system.

Exercising your heart for one day won't work at all for your heart. Your heart needs a lot of exercising throughout your whole life. That is why there is P.E in schools, to keep the students healthy. The running every week will help to increase the heart rate to become stronger. During vacations there shouldn't be less exercise and more staying in the house. To have a healthy heart you need to exercise and also eat more healthy too. I learned by doing this assignment that I have to exercise more and to start taking care of my heart and practically my whole body system. I learned three different ways to make my heart healthy and the importance of why we have to run everyday of the week. So whenever you complain about running and exercising for P.E just remember why we do it.
